Viavi Solutions Inc. ONT-603D-100G – 100G CFP Test Set

The Viavi Solutions Inc. (formerly JDSU) ONT-603D-100G Optical Network Tester (ONT) is a multifunctional, multiport, and multi-user solution for fast, flexible testing of optical transport network environments.

The 40/100 G engine handles all the Ethernet/IP (L3 and below) requirements and contains, for example, a powerful array of BERTs, a MAC/IP core, and framers. It also contains low-noise synthesizers developed from the manufacturer’s market-leading jitter solutions that allow precise control of the clocks across the fully required range. The engine is ready for 40 and 100 GE and OTU3/OTU4 applications and builds on the manufacturer’s expertise in high-bit-rate transport and datacom test and measurement. The 40/100 G ONT has been tested and validated with all current CFPs including 40 G LR4, SR4, FR, and 100 G LR4, SR10, and 10×10 SANTUR.
